Premade Pie Crust

I really like using this pie crust. It works well with both sweet and savory dishes. Although it loses its shape and cracks when I unravel it, I just ball up the dough and then roll it out into the shape that I want. It gives it more of a homemade feel and more flexibility with the pan that I want to use.

Chili Garlic Sauce (蒜蓉辣椒醬)

This sauce is great to add spice to savory dishes. I mainly use it to make the sauce for many of my Chinese recipes. It pairs really well with soy sauce to enhance the flavor. It can also be used as a sauce on its own for things like dipping sauce for dumplings or topping sauce for wonton soup and noodles.

Rice Wine (米酒)

This rice wine is a staple of Asian cooking. It's used in many different sauces, marinades, and glazes. I use it mostly for meat marinades or to help enhance flavors of dishes.
